In this “The Pacific Resort Restaurant Rarotonga” article I will be sharing with you my personal experience. I am dedicated in giving my readers the most honest food reviews.

The Restaurant

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant at the Pacific Resort. We were so fortunate to have that place just a few minutes drive away from where we were staying at Paradise Villas. They allow outsiders to dine, just make sure to book ahead as they fill up quickly. At night time a very romantic setting for couples.

The Location

Well its a nice resort by Muri beach, its amazing. We walked through the gardens over a few tiny bridges, the setting was pretty special. They had a few ponds with fish in them. The location is stunning.

“ If you want a great meals, happy hour cocktails, great service and a romantic setting then this is the place to go. ”

The Food and Drinks

We had the Ika Mata (Raw Fish) with Cassava Chips, it was a big portion. The chips were baked and very crispy, delicious, especially dipping them into the coconut cream of the Ika Mata. The Ika Mata was the best I had on the island, can highly recommend. Price was 25 dollars NZ but well worth it. Overall it came to about 80 dollars NZ for 2 people, all the food and 4 cocktails.  The Fish Burger had fries and it was fresh game fish, the Beef Burger was quite large and yeah your standard burger with salad and fries. The cocktails I would give a 7 out of 10.

The Staff

The servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere special to eat in Rarotonga.
