Selling The High

…after you have purchased any asset at its lowest price, chances are, given the right research that you will walk away with a profit. No guts, no glory as they say, but patience and persistence are key here. You do not want to exit your position too prematurely. And this is what this article “Buying The Dip & Selling The High” is actually about.
Why work for Money
I have come to realize that this relates to mostly all aspects of investing. If you follow this rule, however scary it may be, then you will increase your wealth over time far quicker than the conventional ways. May it be property you want to invest in, you will buy the dip when the property market is in a downtrend as the barrier of entry is low and you will hold on to it until the market improves and the value goes up, making a profit once you sell.

When the PSA virus hit the Kiwi fruit industry in New Zealand, prices to purchase orchards plummeted from 250K to under 50K per hectare of kiwi fruit orchard. Given that information any smart investor would have purchased during the virus time, knowing the kiwi industry was too large to not find a solution and trusted their investment to pay out when it was resolved. Funny enough it was resolved nearly 6 months later.
Make the Change Early
I am only seeing this now at nearly 40 years old and I will keep everyone updated on my strategies on investing and hopefully you can also successfully implement these into your investing future. Word to the wise, if you are smart and determined to get out of the rate race, you need to take a risk and have faith and let your money work for you!
